Sophia raasch MS, RD - co-founderSophia has grown up with a love for singing, dancing, and performing. She is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Master’s of Science in Dietetics from the University of Idaho where she graduated summa cuma laude. She completed her dietetic internship at St. Luke’s Hospital, working in inpatient clinical dietetics and food service management.
Sophia’s interest in nutrition and fitness began in high school. After tearing her ACL which kept her from dancing for half of her senior year, she became committed to taking care of herself by learning how to strengthen and nourish her body so that she can participate in the activities she loves for a longtime and decrease the risk of future injuries. Her realization that there were few resources out there on fitness and nutrition for performing artists is part of what drove her to pursue nutrition and dietetics in school. Her goal has always been to work with performing artists and provide them with tools so that they can be their very best and do what they love for a longtime. @sophiasimone7 |
